Bouncing Back Powder Fresh

Good evening and Happy Wednesday everyone. I hope your week is going well and you are enjoying the lovely summer weather. Summer has been so giving lately that it even agreed to show up in the usually chilly SF summer scene.... sparingly of course lets not get too excited here! I titled this post bouncing back because today I pressed the eject button after a straight week of eye troubles, followed by the flu and the unpleasing accompaniments thereof. Honestly I missed writing my blog and in my usual fashion planned of all the things I would do when I would have the strength to be up and about again. With that in mind, I pushed myself out of bed, gave myself some beachy waves, put together a fresh summer outfit, swiped on my new cheery orange lipstick (more on that to come tomorrow) , put on some fuchsia heels and voila took my new tripod for a test drive. And man that felt good - clearly blogging is the new Chicken Soup!

Travel Diary - Sunset Cocktails in a Nautical Paradise

Happy Tuesday everyone - here's another doze of wanderlust sartorial... enjoy!

Silky loose shirts with shorts became a go to uniform for a lot of evenings on this trip and I chose this combination to grab a walk and sunset libations in this nautical paradise of a town in Costa Brava Spain for one of the evenings.

Styling suggestions: roll sleeves unevenly extra points for varying the lengths on both arms, when wearing loose shirts try not tucking the tail and let it casually hang out

Neon pinks are a great color to add a pop to other bright tones like the turq here and create a wonderful contrast

I have always been obsessed with old doors, the rustier and brightly painted the better, they just make the best backgrounds for any picture

 I was tickled to see San Francisco on the cocktail list du jour - Home away from home via a quirky beverage... I'll take two please
