Happy Monday! I hope you all are enjoying this summer season full of record highs in spirits and not to be forgotten temperatures. We had a beautiful Sunday after a rather gloomy weekend here in San Francisco that put me in a very tropical mood and tropical is not complete without Trina Turk and her mesmerizing summer prints. In the story below I broke out a piece from her collaboration with Banana Republic. The print of the dress alone is a mood lifter. I accessorized it with a tangy citrus necklace from the same collection, a weathered J.Crew belt and metallic Sam Edelman sandals. I love summer because of the dresses you can wear to soak it all in and to celebrate that I am calling this week dress week and will have some more posts with some of my favorite summer dresses this season.
