It breaks the monotony of powdery tones without clashing, in fact it is also great to balance neons, wait you already knew that!
2. Pastel in the day time calls for a casual look so keep it simple with vibrant flats, a jewel toned necklace, and neon belt, picking highly pigmented colors to break the pastels is so much more fun than doing flesh toned accessories.
3. Draw focus on your eyes by smoking them up, pastel makeup on the eyes would get too matchy-matchy, so line your inner rim and lash line with a soft smoky kohl pencil and blend blend blend away!
